 Ron Pacheco Jr. is a Bassist, Musician, and Songwriter from Southeastern Massachusetts. He has been playing bass since 1991, performing live since 1993 and was originally self taught. In 1996 he studied with Providence RI Bassist, Songwriter and Musician, Willy "Mibbit" Threats. Ron studied with Threats for 6 years, which pretty much taught him what he needed to know as a musician and bass player.

Ron’s musical styles, influences and interests consist of Metal, Progressive, Jazz, Funk, R&B, Blues, Rock, (new and old, hard or soft), Country, some Top 40, and some Hip Hop and Rap.

His past bands were, Fate's Cruel Joke, (Progressive Metal/Rock), Ogma, (Progressive Metal), Flashpoint, (Modern/Hard/Alternative Rock, and Blues Covers), Spit, (Thrash/Hardcore/Death Metal), and Fist in Face, (Speed/Thrash Metal).

As well as writing and performing with his Solo Jazz/R&B/Funk/Progressive Fusion project under the name of Ron Pacheco and The Seven Below Band, he also is involved, writes and performs with a variety of other bands, musicians, and projects.
